Virtual Articulator

DMC-exocad's Virtual Articulator is an add-on for exocad dental, which allows users to consider dynamic occlusion when designing crowns and bridges.

DMC-exocad's virtueller Artikulator ist ein Add-on Modul. Der virtuelle Artikulator ermöglicht dem CAD- Anwender eine dynamische Okklusion bei der Gestaltung von Kronen und Brückenkonstruktionen .

Abutment-modul

DMC-exocad's Implant Module is available as an add-on for our Dental CAD platform. With this module, custom abutments and screw-retained bridges may be constructed.

DMC-exocad's Implant-Modul ist als Add-on für unsere Dental CAD-Plattform. Mit diesem Modul  können Sie individuelle Abutments und verschraubte Brücken konstruieren.

Bar-modul

DMC-exocad‘s new bar module allows both fast and easy realization of standard dental bars, as well as advanced custom bar design. Attachments or retentions can be added to the design; cylindrical holes - or even arbitrary geometries - can be cut out, in order to bolt or glue ready-made spherical attachments onto the bar.

DMC-exocad's  neues Steg-Modul ermöglicht sowohl eine schnelle und einfache Realisierung von Standard-dental Bars, sowie weiterführende Steg-Konstruktionen. Geschiebe oder Retentionen können im CAD- Design hinzugefügt werden, zylindrische Löcher - oder auch beliebige Geometrien - können ausgeschnitten werden, um Schrauben oder fertige kugelförmige Attachments einzsetzen.

Thanks to its elaborate design options, exocad‘s bar module allows you to design dental bars that deal gracefully with complex clinical situations, and provide maximum comfort the patients.

Schienen Modul / bite splint module

The bite splint module

With exocad's Bite Splint module, therapeutic night guards can ben designed quickly and in high quality. We recommend to use the bite splint add-on in combination with the Virtual Articulator, for optimal patient-specific results. Output files can be both milled or 3D printed.

 

 

 

Aufbissschienen Modul

Mit  dem CAD Schienentherapie Modul können therapeutische Schienenkonzepte schnell und in hoher Qualität konstruieren werden. Wir empfehlen, die Aufbissschiene Add-on in Kombination mit der virtuellen Artikulator, für eine optimale Patienten-spezifischen Ergebnisse. Output-Dateien können sowohl gefräst oder 3D gedruckt werden.

 

 

tru Smile Modul

TruSmile technology provides nearly photo-realistic rendering of dental restorations - in real time, already during the design process. In addition to providing a „What You See is What You Get“ user experience, TruSmile can also become a powerful marketing tool for dentists using chair-side CAD/CAM systems - e.g. to convince a patient to get a ceramic restoration instead of a NP metal crown.

DICOM viewer

exocad‘s Dental CAD platform includes an integrated DICOM viewer that allows you to visualize voxel data from CT machines, during the design of dental restorations. Thanks to its integrated HTTP server, exocad‘s software enables on-line exchange of implant and tooth position data with third-party programs, such as implant planning software.
